The piezoelectric and electromagnetic circular drive base vibrators serve as the driving source and support base for part bowl feeders. The top bowl is installed on the circular base and, when connected to a dedicated controller, forms a complete vibratory bowl feeder.
The linear drive base vibrators function similarly. They have a top bowl where a linear track or conveyor chute is installed, and when connected to a dedicated controller, they become a linear feeder.

Electromagnetic Vibrator Series:
This type of vibrating feeder uses a high-frequency inductive coil as the driving source. Our company has optimized and adjusted the traditional electromagnetic vibrator to overcome issues such as unstable vibration frequency, difficult voltage control, rapid attenuation of spring plate stress, and complex maintenance operations, achieving the performance of piezoelectric vibrators. This electromagnetic vibrator, driven by a wide-level electromagnetic iron, has the characteristics of high load capacity, low noise, energy-saving, and reduced consumption. It is the preferred upgrade choice for traditional electromagnetic vibrators. It is suitable for conveying larger plastics, metal parts, or precision electronic components.

Using together with vibrating disk-type feeder, such kind of feeder can-significantly improve volume of vibrating disk, extend feeding time, effectively improve working efficiency and meanwhile reduce the probability that the part may get scratched when it is in the vibrating disk. And has a large load, low noise, energy saving and other characteristics. Our bin feeder has Hopper-type Feeder HD-LC series, Crawler Hoist Hopper Feeder HL-TH series, Compressed air driven bin feeder HD-QP series. The height of the silo outlet can be adjusted up and down according to the height of the vibrating plate.
