Due to the specialized nature, potential customization, and the complex installation and commissioning requirements of industrial automation equipment, all products are generally not eligible for return or refund once sold. Our commitment is to conduct rigorous pre-shipment inspections to ensure products meet the agreed specifications.

Quality Warranty Commitment
We fully stand behind the quality of our products as supplied.

  • Issue Reporting Period: Should you discover any visible shipping damage or apparent product quality defects upon receipt, please notify us within 7 business days and provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos, video).

  • Our Resolution: For any product quality issue confirmed by our assessment, we will provide free repair, replacement of components, or discuss alternative solutions as appropriate to restore the equipment to its specified operational condition. Our goal is to resolve the issue comprehensively and minimize disruption to your operations.

Important Notes

  • Order Finality: All orders confirmed by both parties are final. As costs for customized production or procurement are incurred based on the order, refunds for cancelled orders cannot be granted.

  • Customer Responsibility: Equipment found unsuitable due to incorrect parameters, model selection, or specifications provided by the customer does not fall under our quality warranty. We strongly recommend verifying all technical specifications prior to order confirmation. Our sales engineers are available for technical consultation.

  • Post-Delivery Support: Once the equipment is shipped or delivered, our after-sales support process is initiated. For issues not related to product quality, we do not offer refunds but can provide paid technical support, repair, or upgrade services.

Guiding Principle
For any confirmed quality defect, our primary and obligated course of action is to restore the equipment to proper working order through repair or replacement of parts. We do not employ refunds as the primary solution for quality issues, as this typically does not address the core need for operational equipment. Our objective is to ensure the long-term, reliable performance of your system.
